Updated 26 September 2026: Vividomo was designed for AI agents that take on concrete tasks in real estate offices. Through agent access, they can use permitted tools to edit real records. That leaves less routine work in the evening and more time for clients, family and leisure.
What your agent can do for you
A connected assistant can create properties and contacts, prepare brochure text, record contact activities and manage tasks or appointments. The current catalogue includes 59 tools. Document access provides metadata and version information, not unrestricted access to every file’s contents.
After a viewing, you might ask: “Create the apartment with these details and add a brochure review task for Friday.” The steps your assistant takes depend on the information, instructions and permissions it has. You need to supply missing information; completed records can then be reviewed directly in the system.
You set the scope of action
25 individually assigned permissions limit access. Read-only access can analyse data but cannot change it. With write permissions, an agent can create or change records directly. MCP access is included from Professional and requires a compatible, connected assistant.
Human confirmation is not generally required before every write operation. Even a confirming parameter in a tool call does not prove that a person clicked first. Access should therefore match the tasks you want to delegate.
Deleting supported contacts, deals, tasks and appointments requires separate permissions. These are not included in the default permissions. Contacts and deals are marked as deleted; tasks and appointments are permanently deleted. You can revoke connections individually.
Stay informed and step in
From Professional, owners and admins can view process and Autopilot runs, logged agent access and associated internal AI costs in the agent control room. The view shows recent entries, not a complete archive of every system access. External assistant costs are excluded.
Approvals depend on the workflow. On Premium, Vivi Autopilot prepares an assessment and reply draft for supported portal and inbound enquiries. In the process manager, email steps can be configured as drafts or for direct sending. Review process drafts in the approval inbox; your team can take over website chats.
Less follow-up work, more of your day
The value lies in the steps you no longer have to do yourself every time: transferring data, adding tasks or writing text from scratch. The time you gain depends on your workflows and usage. That time can also mean finishing work earlier.
You can still use Vividomo yourself in the browser. Agent work is an additional way to delegate tasks and keep track of results. Professional decisions and checking property details remain part of your work.
