The trade licence is being applied for. Once granted, membership of the Austrian Economic Chamber (Carinthia) follows; the relevant professional group will be added when confirmed.

8. Applicable law & trade

The Austrian Trade Regulation Act (GewO)applies. The GISA number and exact trade designation will be added after the licence is granted. Professional rules are available through the Federal Legal Information System (RIS).

9. Supervisory / trade authority

The district administrative authority at the registered office is responsible. Its details will be added with the trade licence.

10. Consumer dispute resolution

Vividomo® serves businesses. The operator is neither willing nor obliged to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.

11. Liability for content

Website content was prepared with great care, but we cannot guarantee accuracy, completeness or currency. As service provider, we are responsible for our own content under general law.

12. Liability for external links

This website links to third-party sites whose content we do not control. Their providers or operators are responsible. No unlawful content was apparent when linked. We remove links promptly if infringements become known.

Content and works created by the operator are protected by Austrian copyright. Reproduction, editing, distribution or use beyond copyright limits requires written permission. “Vividomo” is the operator's trademark registered with the Austrian Patent Office.
